Job Overview:

As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our patients in the USA receive the highest level of service. Your primary responsibilities will include handling patient inquiries, assisting with service information, resolving issues, and ensuring overall patient satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Patient Interaction

Handle incoming patient inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a prompt and helpful response.

Service Assistance:

Provide patients with detailed information about our services, assist with order placement, and address any concerns or issues they may have.

Issue Resolution:

Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate departments for resolution while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Follow-up 

Conduct follow-up communication with patients to ensure their inquiries have been resolved satisfactorily.

Record Keeping:

 Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members to improve overall customer service and patient satisfaction.


Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience in a customer care role within the USA healthcare industry is essential.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.

Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of patient concerns.

Teamwork: 

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in customer care or a related field is a plus.


Location:

Salary:
