The Deputy Manager of Production will assist in overseeing all manufacturing operations, focusing on automated and semi-automated heavy machinery. This position involves planning, execution, and supervision to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Candidates must have a strong technical background in automotive manufacturing, including presses, laser cutting, and robotic welding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities efficiently.
  • Lead and manage the production team and ensure quality output.
  • Oversee heavy machinery such as hydraulic and pneumatic presses, laser cutting, and robotic welding equipment.
  • Ensure machinery safety, maintenance, and performance optimization.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
  • Analyze production data to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of health and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with departments for smooth operations and improvements.
  • Apply lean manufacturing techniques like 5S for cost reduction.
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for effective production.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing supervision.
  • Expertise in heavy machinery operation and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills with ERP knowledge preferred.

مشینوں کی حفاظت اور بروقت مرمت کو یقینی بنانا۔
کوالٹی کنٹرول کے سخت اصولوں پر عمل درآمد۔
پیداواری ڈیٹا کا تجزیہ اور بہتری کے مواقع تلاش کرنا۔
محفوظ ماحول اور صحت کے اصولوں کی پاسداری کو فروغ دینا۔
دوسرے محکموں کے ساتھ تعاون کے ذریعے پروڈکشن کو بہتر بنانا۔

اہلیت:

مکینیکل یا انڈسٹریل انجینئرنگ میں بیچلرز ڈگری۔
کم از کم 5 سے 7 سال کا پروڈکشن مینجمنٹ تجربہ۔
مشینری کے آپریشن اور پروسیس امپروومنٹ کی مکمل سمجھ۔
لیڈرشپ، تجزیاتی صلاحیت اور ERP سسٹم کی واقفیت۔
