Job Description

Organization: National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Headquarters G-5/2 Islamabad.

Under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10 and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position:

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's (4 Years) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Cyber Security / Information Security or equivalent.
  • Minimum 16 Years of HEC-verified education is mandatory. Degrees must be attested by HEC.

Professional Experience

  • Preferably 3 to 5 years post-graduation experience, with at least 2 years in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance roles.
  • Certifications in ISO-27001, CISM and CISA will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
  • Updated knowledge of best practices and technology for security assessment and compliance.
  • Deep understanding of information security principles, threat landscapes, and vulnerabilities.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in IS policy formulation, SOP writing and ISO audit/report preparation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  1. Selected candidate will be hired initially on a 5-year contract (extendable if required).
  2. Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.

  6. 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in the above limit.

  9. Attested degrees from HEC / relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.
