M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized foreign or local University with Minimum of 12-years' experience in Building construction.


OR


B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized foreign or local University with Minimum of 15-years' experience in Building construction.

Must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).


Experience in execution of the PSDP funded projects in general and of the Universities in particular is mandatory.


Must be well versed with PEC, PPRA, Planning Commis-sion, Finance, Project Management and other Govt: rules regulations and guidelines prescribed for implementation of the development Projects.


Proficient in MS Power Point, Word, and Excel.


Must have excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.


Asstt: Executive Engineer (PPS-7)


01 Max-45


B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent qualification with two years' experience in a reputed firm or organization or in PSDP Project


Must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

Accountant (PPS-5)

B.Com with 5 years' experience or SAS (or equivalent) with some reasonable experience in accounts and audit in a


⚫ university, Government or Semi-government Institution or In PSDP Project.

Computer Operator/WPO (PPS-4)

Matric with a speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour and two years' experience on Key Punch Machines/Computers


5 Office Boy (PPS-1)

Literate with good physique. (Experience as Naib-Qasid will be preferred)


INSTRUCTIONS:


1. The positions are purely on Contract basis as per the Project Pay Scale (PPS) admissible for the PSDP funded Project Staff.


2.


The contract appointment will be initially for one year, extendable on the basis of performance and project continuity.


3. Applicants already in Govt: Service should apply through proper channel.


4. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.


5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview, No TA/DA will be admissible.


6. The cutoff date for determining the eligibility of the candidate in terms of age, qualification, experience, etc. will be closing date of receipt of applications.


7. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process, at any stage without assigning any reason.


8.
